Feeley & Driscoll, P.C. Announces Jacob Azar and Justin Amico as Partners

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, November 19, 2001 – Feeley & Driscoll, P.C. is pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners, Jacob Azar and Justin Amico.

FEELEY & DRISCOLL, P.C. is a Boston-based accounting and consulting firm. For more than twenty-five years, Feeley & Driscoll has provided businesses with auditing, accounting, income tax planning, estate tax planning and management consulting services. Serving a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare and professional services, Feeley & Driscoll is committed to helping clients grow their businesses profitably.

MR. JACOB A. AZAR, CPA has more than twenty years of experience in both governmental and public accounting. A specialist in the technical aspects of accounting and auditing, Jay has served clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, human services, law and other professional services. He is Feeley & Driscoll’s Director of Accounting & Auditing, and our Quality Control Coordinator.

Jay has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island and is currently pursuing an MBA at Suffolk University. He's a certified public accountant in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He's also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Jay serves on, and is a former chair of, the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s accounting and auditing senior technical committee.

MR. JUSTIN AMICO, CPA has more than eight years of auditing and consulting experience and specializes in serving the construction industry. He holds two Bentley College degrees: a Bachelor of Science in accounting and an MBA with a concentration in taxation. And he's currently pursuing his third Bentley degree, a Masters in taxation.

Justin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and the Massachusetts Electrical Contractors Association (MECA). He has given numerous seminars covering various topics related to the construction industry.
