Feeley & Driscoll, P.C. Volunteers Time and Efforts for Merrimack Valley Habitat for HumanityOn Friday, June 17, 2005, forty-seven staff members from Feeley & Driscoll, P.C., a 100-person Boston-based regional certified public accounting/business consulting firm serving businesses for over thirty years, volunteered their time and efforts for the Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity. The F&D team partnered with Habitat to renovate and demolish two buildings that will ultimately house families on Market Street in Lawrence, MA. This year was F&D’s sixth consecutive year volunteering for the Merrimack Valley Chapter and the experience was rewarding for all who participated.
The Merrimack Valley Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization that builds and rehabilitates homes using volunteer labor and donated materials. In their 20-year existence they have built over 43 new homes, with 12 under construction for economically disadvantaged families.
