JAMES A. ERDEKIAN APPOINTED TO THE MASSACHUSETTS SOCIETY OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, May 2008 - Feeley & Driscoll, P.C. is pleased to announce that James A. Erdekian has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants Inc. (MSCPA). The Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants is the state's leading professional organization for more than 10,000 Certified Public Accountants and accounting professionals in Massachusetts. He has been a member of the MSCPA for many years, and most recently was the past committee chairperson of the Federal Taxation Committee.

Mr. Erdekian has been employed by Feeley & Driscoll for 23 years, and has been a Tax Director and Shareholder for 12 years. He specializes in business and personal tax services to closely held businesses, primarily consisting of manufacturing and technology companies, servicing their domestic and international tax needs. He has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on tax subjects.

Mr. Erdekian is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Board member and the Treasurer of the Armenian Library & Museum of America, Inc. in Watertown, Massachusetts.

Mr. Erdekian graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bryant College and an Advanced Certificate in Taxation from Bentley College. He currently resides in Wayland on Amey Road with his wife and three children.
