BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS – Feeley & Driscoll, P.C., a 130-person regional certified public accounting and business consulting firm with offices in Boston and Nashua, announced today the addition of two shareholders.

The directors of the firm appointed Mr. Michael S. Downey (of Dedham, Mass.) and Mr. Christopher R. Martin (of Uxbridge, Mass.) shareholders. Mr. Downey has been with the firm for over eight years, and Mr. Martin has been with the firm for over five years.
Mr. Martin’s industry experience has focused on the high tech, health sciences, manufacturing, and distribution industries. He provides a variety of client services, including audits, reviews and domestic tax work, as well as international tax consulting for Fortune 100 companies.
Mr. Downey has focused his expertise in the construction, manufacturing and distribution and professional services industries. He has experience providing management for audit engagements, operational analysis for general and subcontractors, strategic planning and business consulting, and corporate and individual tax planning.
Mr. Downey holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a master in business administration, both from Babson College. Mr. Martin holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Rhode Island, and is currently pursuing a master of science in taxation from Northeastern University.
