Boston Accounting Firm runners take part in the j.p. morgan chase corporate challenge for the 13th Consecutive Year
BOSTON, MA (June 3rd, 2011) -- On June 2, 2011, Feeley & Driscoll, P.C. competed in the J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge for the 13th consecutive year. Joining the other 12 worldwide events in 2011, Feeley & Driscoll’s 13 participants will ran alongside 12,000 other entrants in the city of Boston in hopes of benefiting Horizons for Homeless Children. Horizons for Homeless Children (HCC) provides homeless children in Massachusetts with the opportunities for an education and a childhood of which every child needs to play, grow, and be nurtured in a healthy environment. HHC goes to great lengths to ensure the involvement of the children’s parents, providing them with the necessary resources to achieve self-sufficiency. The J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge began in 1977 when 50 companies gathered in Central Park for the inaugural race in what was then called the Manufacturers Hanover Corporate Challenge. In order to attract busy executives that would have difficulty training for such events as marathons, the JP Morgan Challenge is a 3.5 mile race that not only allows for convenience in time and training, but an opportunity to become involved in the community. Feeley & Driscoll, P.C. is a 120-person Boston based regional certified public accounting and business consulting firm and is proud to support the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge and its efforts to give back to the community. Find out how our accountants and consultants can add value to your business.
