FEELEY & DRISCOLL Supports toys for tots

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS (December 2009) - Feeley & Driscoll, P.C., a 140-person Boston-based regional certified public accounting and business consulting firm, donated almost 100 Toys to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s annual Toys for Tots campaign.

The employees of Feeley & Driscoll take an active role in the greater Boston community. In addition to Toys for Tots, the Firm participates in charitable events benefiting several organizations, including: the JPMorgan Corporate Challenge - aiding not-for-profit organizations across the nation; Partners In Health - supporting Haiti following the devastating earthquake; the Jimmy Fund – supporting Dana Farber Cancer Institute; the Greater Boston Walk for Hunger; Habitat for Humanity; the Boston Children’s Museum; and the Women’s Lunch Place.

Since 1947, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve has distributed over 370 million toys to more than 175 million needy children. The U.S. Marines have become known as heroic leaders due to their charitable endeavors of looking after misfortunate children through the holidays. The Toys for Tots campaign aims to unite members of local communities through a common act of benevolence and generosity.
