BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, August 29, 2005 – Feeley & Driscoll, P.C. is pleased to announce that Mr. Edward J. Callahan, Ms. Jacqueline M. Weir, Mr. Edward F. Johnson, Jr., and Mr. Justin Amico, all Directors in the Construction Services Group at Feeley & Driscoll, P.C., have become certified as Construction Financial Professionals from the Institute of Certified Construction Financial Professionals (affiliated with the Construction Financial Management Association).

Mr. Callahan has over twenty-five years in public accounting with extensive experience in accounting/tax and business planning issues. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MS in Taxation from Bentley College . Formerly serving on the Board of Directors and currently on the Human Resources and Fiscal Affairs Committee for the Associated General Contractors of America – Massachusetts Chapter, he currently is a member of the following associations: Associated Builders and Contractors, American Subcontractors Association, Surety Association of Massachusetts, Construction Financial Managers Association, Construction Industries of Massachusetts, Moores Rowland International Construction Committee, and the University of Massachusetts Accounting Advisory Council. Ms. Weir has over eighteen years of experience in public accounting. Her areas of specialization include auditing and business consulting for clients in the construction and architects and engineers industries. Ms. Weir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an Associate of Science Degree in Management from Bentley College . She is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors' Treasurer and Board of Directors, the Associated General Contractors' Education Committee, the National Association of Women in Construction, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Johnson has over fourteen years of experience in public accounting, the majority of which has been in the construction, high-technology and non-profit industries. Mr. Johnson holds a BA degree in Accounting from Assumption College and an MBA from Babson College . He is a member of the following associations: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, The Association for Operations Management, Healthcare Financial Management Association, Woburn Boys and Girls Club, and the TIDD Home for Women. Mr. Amico has more than eleven years of auditing and consulting experience and specializes in serving the construction industry. He holds three Bentley College degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, an MBA with a concentration in Taxation, and a Masters in Taxation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Associated Builders and Contractors’ Membership and Telethon Committees, the Construction Financial Management Association, the Builders Association of Greater Boston, and the Massachusetts Electrical Contractors Association. (ICCFP) is a nonprofit corporation established to promote the highest standards of construction financial management through the credentialing of construction financial professionals.
