Boston, Massachusetts (November 19, 2008) --Feeley & Driscoll, P.C. (F&D) announces the addition of Mr. Neil F. Scullion as firm shareholder. Mr. Scullion began his career in Basingstoke, England. In 2001 he joined F&D's Boston, MA accounting consulting firm with a professional service firm specialization. “Combining their audit and accounting experience with consulting law firms, F&D's professional service firm specialty was the perfect fit,” says Mr. Scullion of the accounting consulting firm's renowned tax, audit, and accounting practice.

Mr. Scullion leverages twelve years of public accounting management experience. His scope of assignments includes management of audit engagements, strategic planning and business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and individual tax preparation services. With an international background he has become an authority on the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for audit and accounting. Mr. Scullion specializes in cost-effective assurance, accounting, and tax compliance services. He offers creative and timely business strategies to increase profits and build organizations.

Mr. Scullion grew up in Hampshire, England, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England.  As well as being qualified as a Certified Public Accountant, he is a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales.  Mr. Scullion is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University.
